Counting toys to five

What you need

• 5-10 small toys or blocks
• Flat surface like a table or floor

How to do it

Ask your child to choose five favorite toys or blocks. Help them line the toys up in a row and count them out loud together several times. Mix the toys and ask your child to make a group of five again.
