sproutchild.com stocks over 100 products from more than 30 companies. Products can be located through several different site navigation tools.
Category, by clicking one of the category buttons located along the left hand side of the screen below the sproutchild.com logo, you will be taken to a list of products that fall under the selected category.
Brand, at the bottom of the home page you will find a list of all the brands we currently stock. Inside the site you can scroll through our brand list located in the upper left hand side of the screen. Selecting a brand by either of these method will show you a list of all current items with that brand.
Search, by typing a keyword into the advanced search box and clicking go you will be taken top a list of all products in which the keywords appear.
ordering

- While browsing through our site you may purchase a product by clicking on ORDER, this will add the specific item in your ORDER, Items may also be removed at this point.
- When you finish shopping, click "check out" or "view order" and then click "check out'.
- Fill out all of the information on the checkout page and click continue. You will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address.
- After the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation message, you can now return to our homepage or continue on to the web.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number. Please save the order number in case you need to contact us.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be processed the next business day.

This makes your information virtually impossible to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to us. Any information sent to us is stored and protected from unauthorized access.
payment options
sproutchild.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards. If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card online you can call us toll free at 1-248-399-5560. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via e-mail. We cannot accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders or cash.
shipping
All orders less than $150 are a flat fee of $9. Order over $150 are shipped free. We usually ship by United States Postal Service.
Orders of in stock products are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually shipped on the next business day.
return policy
sproutchild.com strives for your complete satisfaction on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, via e-mail at customerservice@sproutchild.com or call 1-248-399-5560. We will accept returns on non-sale unworn and unused items that are in good condition, within 14 days of original ship date for a full credit to the method of your original payment. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for its return at our expense. We regret that shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective. All sale items are final sales.
